By accessing or using the Bradford Life app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This platform is designed specifically for the residents of Bradford West Gwillimbury.

02. Marketplace & Vendor Rules

Our Marketplace is for local produce, handmade goods, and services based in Bradford.

• Quality: Vendors must accurately represent their products.
• Distance: We prioritize a "0km Diet"—products should ideally be sourced within Bradford limits.
• Subscriptions: Premium Vendor tiers ($1.99/mo) and Business Tiers ($7.99/mo) are subject to Stripe's billing terms.

03. AI Concierge Disclaimer

Our AI Concierge provides helpful answers based on public data and municipal bylaws. However, AI can "hallucinate". Always verify critical information (like emergency closures or specific tax deadlines) with official Town of Bradford staff.

04. Termination

Bradford Life is a community trust. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in harassment, fraud, or repeatedly list non-local/prohibited items.
